New feature: Ingredient database selection

You may notice that our new Ingredients interface also allows for selection of colour coded databases. This leads to another recent update; the inclusion of the USDA database.

Simon, our technical development manager, has been hard at work allowing our nutrient engine to handle the vast database of the USDA (US Standard) database. Meaning you will have access to all the USDA regionalised products (and many branded US products).






With the inclusion of the US database we now have over 11,000 ingredients, giving you more choice and making it more likely to find the ingredient you are looking for.

This is one step towards the inclusion of other regionalised databases further down the line.
